    Please call 609-884-4614 ext. 2 and leave a detailed message on the answering machine before or after school hours if and when your child will be absent.
    Please use the following format:
    1) Your Name
    2) Your child's first and last name
    3) Their homeroom teacher
    4) The date of absence or absences and the reason
    5) Please make sure to continue to screen your child daily
     
    In addition, please continue to send in absent notes, Doctor notes when seen, and all other pertinent information.
     

    The forms to the left can be filled out and printed throughout the school year to update our records.
